About us
Student Service Office (BOS) is a place where students can receive comprehensive assistance with matters related to the course of their studies. We provide administrative, informational and organisational support to students of all study programs.
Matters that students can handle at the Student Service Office include:
- submitting applications and declarations related to the course of study (e.g. change of study program, academic leave, resumption of studies, declarations about changes in personal data);
- obtaining certificates of student status and documents related to the course of studies;
- receiving support with scholarship matters and other forms of financial aid;
- extending the validity of the student ID card;
- getting assistance with using student systems (Virtual Dean’s Office, MS Teams).
Additionally, the Student Service Office assists with handling any non-standard student matters and, if needed, refers students to specialised units of UAFM.
Student support is provided in person at the Service Office, as well as via chat on MS Teams, email, and phone.
