New Procedures for Legalisation of Stay- the MOS system

The MOS system (Case Handling Module)- the electronic submission of applications for temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, long-term resident’s EU residence permits

As of 27 April 2026, applications for residence permits in Poland (temporary, permanent, or long-term EU resident permits) will no longer require an in-person visit to the Voivodeship Office.

 

As of 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence permits for the purpose of studies must be submitted electronically to the Małopolska Voivode via the dedicated MOS system (Case Handling Module): https://mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl/en/  

 

Note: Before submitting the application, a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) must be created, for which a PESEL number is required.

To submit your application for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studies, an attachment completed by the university is required.

While filling in your application in the MOS system, provide the following email address: mos@uafm.edu.pl
