Please read the following information:

On behalf of Vice-Rector for Science dr. hab. inż. Przemysława Kowalczewski prof. UAFM, I kindly inform you about open recruitment for programme of support publishing activity “Młodzi na start”. For your for applications, we will wait till 21 May 2026

Short about programme:

 “Młodzi na start” (Young people for start) it is initiative of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University which the reason is develop scientific activity of students I and II cycle of studies and uniform master's degree. For this programme can apply students from active in Student Scientific Clabe, as well as non-members (individually or in teams of authors).

The program is divided into two stages:

 • Stage I (mentoring): this provides substantive support in the form of a series of workshops and individual consultations with tutors. These meetings will provide guidance on scientific writing, research methodology, and peer review procedures.

 • Stage II (financial support): participants can apply for funding for the open access publication fee (APC). The maximum funding amount is up to 5,000 PLN gross for one project.

Important deadlines and rules:

Application submission deadline: 21 May 2026

Application submission location: Research and Project Support Department, Building B, Room 205.

Submission format: paper with handwritten signature.

Start of Stage I: 25 May 2026. Workshops and consultations will be held until the end of June (a full schedule of meetings will be available soon).

IMPORTANT: Completion of Stage I is obligatory in order to proceed to Stage II and receive publication funding.
